Shipping and Returns

Carriage Fees

Ireland:

Standard Carriage throughout Ireland is €6.00 (Except Saddles) or free of charge for orders over €90.

Small items will be charged at a lesser rate as appropriate. Please email for quotes if required.

Additional charges for Heavy goods may apply and you will be notified if this occurs.

 

Delivery to Northern Ireland

All deliveries to Northern Ireland are subject to a carriage charge of €7.50 (Except saddles)

Additional charges for Heavy goods may apply and you will be notified if this occurs.

Deliveries to UK

Standard Carriage to the UK is subject to a charge of €9.95 or free of charge for orders over €150. Additional charges for Heavy goods may apply and you will be notified if this occurs.

 

European Orders

Carriage within the EU will be charged at a rate assigned to each country. Please email for quote or we will contact you with one after checkout.

A standard rate of €9.95 will apply, however, additional charges for heavy/bulky goods may apply and you will be notified if this occurs whereby you can choose to proceed with or cancel the order.

 

International Orders:

We are happy to export all over the world. For orders outside the EU please contact us for quotes for each country. Additional charges for Heavy/bulky goods may apply and you will be notified if this occurs.

You may be entitled to VAT exemptions, please contact us for further details. Any orders placed from countries exempt from these VAT rates will be notified and quoted the total exclusive of VAT.

Please note:

Although your order may be processed and payment accepted with a stated shipping rate, your order may be subject to additional charges for heavy/bulky items or to countries not specifically listed. (Due to varied weight/size of products and countries we supply to it is impossible to list every eventuality, such orders will be dealt with individually to obtain the best possible rate for you. We apologise for any inconvenience.)

In these circumstances, we will contact you directly with additional charges where you can proceed or cancel the order.

Dispatching Goods:

We endeavour to dispatch your order as quickly as possible. In the event of a delay, we will contact you directly. If the product is out of stock but due for replenishment we will advise you of the delay at which point you can decide to wait or cancel the order.

Packages are sent by courier and will need to be signed for at delivery address. If there is no one to sign for the delivery, the courier company may charge for a second delivery.

 

Returns Policy

We are happy to accept returns or exchange your purchase provided the products are unused, unworn, undamaged and in the original packaging within 14 days of receipt.

All carriage fees are exempt from refund.

Items returned for refund or exchange are liable to carriage costs and in the case of exchange, the exchange items are returned at the cost of the purchaser.

Products returned after 14 days but within 28 days of date of purchase will be subject to credit note and not a refund.

Faulty goods must be returned within the 14 days for full refund or within 28 days for credit note.

Most products returned as faulty will require the product to be returned to the manufacturer for examination and testing to determine if they are faulty before a replacement or refund is issued. This may take an undetermined amount of time and customers should bear this in mind. Goresbridge Saddlery will notify the purchaser in these instances. (Please ensure the products are appropriately clean before returning such items.)

Returns will not be accepted on used products or those found to be faulty and used anyway.

All refunds will be made on receipt of goods found in original condition and packaging less carriage fees, in the same method they were originally paid for.

Cost of returns are the liability of the purchaser and track and trace methods are best form to ensure safe transit and proof of postage as Goresbridge Saddlery does not accept responsibility for loss or damage in transit.

All items that are special order, made to measure or personalised in any way will be charged for in full at checkout. Please contact us regarding lead times for such products first. There is a strict no returns/no exchange policy for such items.
